Please read carefully prior to placing your order.

Ways to Pay. We will send a PayPal invoice to your email address after the order is processed. The goods are dispatched when the invoice is paid.  We also accept Master Card, Visa, Switch, and  Delta; you can contact us by telephone with your card details if you do not wish to use PayPal. We need your card number together with the expiry date and the last three numbers from the back of the card.

We have now stopped taking cheques as a means of payment.

Please note due to bank charges we now have a minimum order of £10.00

Postal Charges. Our UK postage on orders over £15 is free and sent at standard second class, if you would like first class please say and we will charge the difference.  The charge will vary depending on the weight and size of parcel. Our items are usually sent by Royal Mail.  International Orders are charged at standard Royal Mail prices orders over £45-00 may be insured.

VAT At the present time we are not VAT registered so the price you see is the price you pay there is no added VAT. Overseas Customers Parcels will normally be sent by first air mail unless a different method is requested. Orders over £45 will be insured and signed for where possible.

We reserve the right to amend or revise prices without notice.

Items out of stock. Please reorder all out of stock items unless we mark the item ‘TO FOLLOW’.

Damaged Goods. Please inform us of damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Please do not return these items to us without contacting us first. The post office may need to inspect the damage and must see the original packaging before a claim is settled. If you return the goods to us the post office will not acknowledge a claim in most cases, and the cost of the goods is a loss to us.

 Returns You may return any of the goods delivered to you if we are notified within 7 days of the date of delivery. Return to our contact address at your own cost and risk by recorded delivery or any service requiring a signature. Any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible for any such returned goods PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

 Telephone Calls Please confine your phone calls to between 9am and 5pm where possible. We do stop for lunch somewhere between 12.30 and 1.30 and so will not be able to take calls at this time. We would also appreciate no calls on Sundays. Our mail order is very busy so if your call is not answered please try again later.

 All descriptions ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’ etc refer to colour only not content.
